If you would like a refund, you can contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return and refund.
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will ship you a new product and a self addressed envelope to return the damaged or defective product.
If something goes wrong with your Hempsmith product, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Weather that looks like replacing the product, refunding your money, or working together to ensure that everyone is happy.
